Venue Rental Disclosure

An events manager is required for all events taking place at Tobin’s Market. The Event Manager shall manage all staff and Beverage Service staff as well as coordinate to the extent necessary, with Client, Client’s Event Coordinator/planner, and any Outside Vendors on the Event Date. The Event Manager Fee will be included as part of the Event Services Charge and is due on the date set forth in the Agreement.
Venue Rental & Service Agreement: Terms & Conditions
The Venue Rental Fee entitles Client(s) to use the event space on the event date for the duration of time set forth in the agreement. The standard rental rate includes rental of the bar and courtyard grounds for a 3-hour event, Client(s) may add additional time to the event’s duration at the rate of $250.00 per hour, based on availability and subject to the sole discretion of Tobin’s Market. Tobin’s Market reserves the right to conduct rehearsals, site visits, internal meetings, and/or allow vendors to use all event space until 2.0 hours prior to the Event Start Time. An exclusive buyout of the property for the entire Event Date will result in additional fees. The Venue Rental Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and applicable only for the Event Date specified herein, except as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Payment of the Venue Rental Fee is due from Client to Tobin’s Market on the date the Agreement is signed by Client.
